Early Learning Center
The Westerhold Early Learning Center (WELC) hosted its annual Fall Fest Parade on Wednesday, October 30.
To accommodate its more than 600 enrolled students from the various AM, PM and all day programs, the WELC held two parades - one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
During the parades, students marched around the WELC, while their families cheered from the community room.
The parades drew more than 400 attendees!
